Derrick Crossland 

My work is greatly influenced by the graceful flowing patterns found in nature, both in it’s creatures and in the powerful motion of it’s rivers and oceans. My constant challenge is to capture these dynamic forces in my work.

Pushing the limits between reality and illusion and bending the rules to chase my imagination, I endeavor to create deception with my organic sculptures, which appear to be bent or melted into shape.
